2024 Hyundai Sonata Limited Models, Price

2024 Hyundai Sonata Limited Models, PriceCompared to previous models of the Hyundai Sonata, this vehicle has come a long way and is no longer a generic Korean family sedan. Although it’s still a Korean family car, this vehicle looks fantastic and provides excellent value. I think it’s a good thing that the design of the 2024 model hasn’t changed much. If you’re looking for a car that’s one of the most powerful in its class, look no further than the N Line model. The 6-cylinder Toyota Camry still has more power than even the most powerful Honda Accord. The Sonata is another choice with its 192-horsepower electric motor and hybrid drivetrain.

Thanks to its excellent build quality, composed drive, and class-leading safety features, the Sonata has the goods to compete with its strong-selling Japanese rivals. Aside from the turbo-four in the N Line’s engine, the automobile has an uninspiring drivetrain. The seats are roomy and comfortable, and the trunk capacity is acceptable for a vehicle of this size. One of the best midsize car cabins can be found in the Sonata’s gas mileage. Other than that, there aren’t many issues with this car.

The Hyundai Sonata redesign for 2024 has been announced.

The Hyundai Sonata’s design is a highlight. Compared to its competitors, the Sonata’s design and silhouette are unique. A vast, gloss-finished grille occupies a significant section of the front end of most Sonatas. For the base SE model, simple chrome bars will be used to embellish the outside. The vehicle’s LED DRLs remains its most distinctive feature. A prominent aspect is that it continues up to the hood.

No significant differences will be made to the Sonata lineup in 2024. A new Night Edition is the only new feature for this year’s model. In addition to the blacked-out exterior, the Hyundai Kona receives a limited-edition package. An extensive range of wheels is also available. 17/18/19-inch alloy wheels can be found on some of the higher grades, while the SE gets 16. With 5.3 inches of floor clearance, the Sonata is ideal for getting in and out of the vehicle. The back seat of this vehicle, despite its longer wheelbase than most of its rivals, is unbearably cramped. The Sonata stands out even from the rear. It’s all about the taillights. Available with LED taillights, they look fantastic at night.

Interior

This luxury sedan’s interior is a class above the rest. With its user-friendly design, it’s unnecessary to learn a lot to utilize it. As a result, the vehicle’s occupants are well sheltered from the outside world, as it is hushed even at highway speeds. The Sonata’s touchscreen has good visuals and a quick response time, making it simple to operate. While the lack of a tuning knob is an issue, there aren’t many other controls that could be included.

Five people can fit comfortably in this Hyundai. The Sonata’s first-row seats are comfortable and supportive when it comes to long-distance driving. Although it falls short of its rivals, the second row’s generous headroom and legroom will please tall travelers. The Sonata’s 16-cubic-foot trunk will provide enough room for your belongings. Split-folding back seats, which are included as standard equipment, expand usable cargo capacity.

Engine

Depending on the model’s trim levels, there are two powertrain options for the Hyundai Sonata. The SE and SEL come standard with a 2.5-liter inline-4 engine that generates 191 horsepower and 181 pound-feet of torque as a starting point. Upgrade to one of the SEL Plus or Limited levels to get a turbocharged inline-4 engine. Both engines are standard with an 8-speed automatic transmission; however, FWD is an option.

The normally aspirated engine isn’t the most exemplary performer. Instead of taking 8.3 seconds to cover the same distance, the turbocharged engine does so in 7.3 seconds. Since the quarter-mile run takes 15.8 seconds, the 0-60 MPH sprint is completed in 7.8 seconds. Changing gears is a cinch thanks to the transmission’s snappy response and generously spaced gears. The discs have outstanding stopping power and a nice braking feel. The Sonata travels 119 feet in the braking test.

The release date and price of the 2024 Hyundai Sonata

A key selling point for Hyundai’s Sonata car in the United States is its low price. The SE’s base model has a destination charge of $1,045 and an MSRP of $24,350. Compared to the Honda Accord of 2022, that’s a significant saving. The SEL and SEL Plus have a $26,100 starting price and a $31,300 ending price. There are three versions of the N Line: sporty ($33,600), limited ($34,250), and night ($34,750). The Accord, which starts at $26,120 in the US, is a direct rival.
